Our law office is conveniently located on Racine Drive in Wilmington, North Carolina.  Our law firm serves New Hanover County, Pender County, Brunswick County and Onslow County for Estate Administration, Probate and Real Estate closings.  Estate planning, business planning and asset protection services are offered to clients throughout the state of North Carolina.

As a lawyer and Certified Financial Planner™, Mr. Hochuli believes  that estate planning, business planning and real estate planning should be a part of a person's overall financial plan.   We will work closely with a client's financial planner, CPA, insurance agent, stock broker, etc., to make sure that our legal planning is in furtherance of a client's personal financial goals.Our estate planning services includes drafting wills, trusts, power of attorneys, health care power of attorneys and living wills.

We are dedicated to our client's needs in planning their estates, planning their businesses, protecting their assets and helping them with their real estate purchases and real estate closings.  We also help buyers and sellers with short sales.

Robert H. Hochuli, Jr. was admitted to North Carolina State Bar Association in 1983 and has continuously practiced law since that date.  In 2010, after one and one-half years of study, he passed the CFP® examination. Our business is located at 219 Racine Dr., Suite A-6,  Wilmington, NC.
